Reel Borders studies how borders are imagined through film


Sınırlar, Hudut, Borderless Art and We Were There, the four short films resulted from the participatory filmmaking workshop held in Adana in the winter 2023, had their premire at the International Adana Golden Boll Film Festival. The filmmakers are 25 film and communication students from Çukurova University, who presented and discussed their films at one of the most prestigious film festivals in Turkey, which has been running for 30 years. The participatory filmmaking workshop was a collaboration between Reel Borders, Çukurova University's Department of Film, TV and Radio, Sinematek and the Association for Migration Research.
