Difference Day 2023


In a new edition of the Difference Day, Irene Gutiérrez and Kevin Smets discuss with journalist and filmmaker Sara Creta the role of citizens’ voices in contesting European border practices. As part of the event, they screen ABCeuta, the Alphabet of the Border, and the web doc from the 3-month participatory filmmaking workshop set in Ceuta with cross-border women. The workshop was developed at the NGO Digmun, the Association for the Dignity of Women and Children of Ceuta, which has been working with transborder citizens in Ceuta since 2005.
