Reel Borders studies how borders are imagined through film
As part of his recent visiting fellowship at the Department of Media and Communications at the London School of Economics & Political Science, Kevin Smets just wrote a contribution for the Media@LSE blog. In this piece, he discusses the core principles of participatory filmmaking to share stories about life on the border, and pays particular attention to the “afterlife” of the films and how to guarantee a sustainable impact.
