Reel Borders studies how borders are imagined through film

Participation in SOLROUTES conference



Reel Borders coordinator Kevin Smets participated in the kick-off conference of SOLROUTES, an ERC-funded project at the University of Genova (Italy) that will conduct a “mixed, multi-sited and multi-scalar ethnographic journey unfolding along the routes together with people on the move”. The participatory and creative methods of the Reel Borders project were presented, including one of the videos of the forthcoming webdoc ABCeuta from our participatory filmmaking workshops.
