Reel Borders studies how borders are imagined through film

“Triang Times” rough cut screening




The Reel Borders films are slowly finding their way to audiences! The rough cut of one of our Derry short films, “Triang Times”, was recently screened with the presence of the directors Emer, Manus and Michael, and the two protagonists, William and Pat, for a local audience at the Allingham Festival of Ballyshannon. With highly positive reactions so far. An audience member wrote us to praise the film for “its completely different portrayal of life on the border in difficult times.” In the meantime, postproduction is being finalized.
